If you’re a parent, guardian, or other adult who cares for a child, you can use your Smart Social Account to sign in to the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) website.
To get started, visit the SSA website and click on “Sign In” at the top of the page. You’ll be asked to enter your username and password. If you don’t have an existing SSA account yet, click “Create an Account” to create one before proceeding. Once you’ve signed in with your username and password, choose the option that applies to you:
“I’m a Parent”, if you are signing in on behalf of a minor or disabled person who is unable to sign up for an account themselves;
“I’m a Guardian”, if you are signing in on behalf of a minor or disabled person who is unable to sign up for an account themselves;
“I’m an Authorized Representative”, if you are signing in on behalf of someone else who has already created their own SSA account and would like their representative to manage it for them; or
“I’m an Applicant/Beneficiary”, if you are applying for benefits from Social Security or Medicare yourself (like disability) SSALOGIN.COM is a website that provides you with the ability to login to your Social Security Account. The website is designed to work with all major browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. You can use SSALOGIN.COM if you want to:
* View your Social Security Statement
* Find out when you will receive your payments
* Check on the status of any recent claims you have made
* View statements from other government agencies
